【重要なお知らせ】モバイルバッテリーのご使用に関するお願い

近年、モバイルバッテリーによる発煙・発火などの事例が国内外で報告されております。
すべてのお客さまに安全・安心にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリー（その他リチウムイオン電池内蔵製品を含む）のご使用について、
以下の点につきましてご協力をお願い申し上げます。

1. ご使用・充電時の注意点
以下の状況でのご使用・充電は、火災などの万一の事態を防ぐためお控えください。

・外出などで客室を不在にされる際、及び就寝中の充電

・直射日光の当たる窓際でのご使用・充電

・ベッド、シーツなど可燃性の素材の上でのご使用・充電

また、モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電、または客室内の電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される際は、万が一のトラブルを早期に発見・回避するためにも、お客さまご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でのご使用をお願いいたします。

2. 破損・異常のある製品のご使用禁止
破損や膨張、異常な発熱がみられるモバイルバッテリーは、大変危険ですのでご使用をお控えください。
購入国での認証マーク(日本はPSEマーク)の有無を確認し、安全性が認められた製品（純正品等）をご使用ください。

3. 客室清掃時の対応について
ご滞在中の客室清掃時に、安全確保の観点から上記のような状況が確認された場合、スタッフがモバイルバッテリーの位置を移動、あるいは充電停止の措置をとらせていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

[Important Notice] Safety Guidelines for Using Mobile Batteries

In recent years, incidents of smoke and fire involving mobile batteries have been reported both domestically and abroad. To ensure the safety and peace of mind of all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries (including all products with built-in lithium-ion batteries) within the guest rooms.

1. Precautions During Use and Charging

To prevent potential fire hazards, please refrain from using or charging your devices in the following situations:

• ・Charging while the guest room is unoccupied (e.g., while you are out) or while you are sleeping.

• ・Use or charging near windows in direct sunlight.

• ・Use or charging on flammable surfaces such as beds, sheets, or carpets.

When charging mobile devices or recharging the battery pack itself using the room’s power outlets, please ensure the device is placed where you can personally monitor its condition at all times to detect and avoid any issues early.

2. Prohibited Use of Damaged or Abnormal Products

It is extremely dangerous to use mobile batteries that show signs of damage, swelling, or abnormal heat.
Please ensure your devices carry official safety certification (such as the PSE mark in Japan) and use only genuine or certified products

3. Room Cleaning Procedures

During daily room cleaning, if our staff identifies a potential safety risk (such as a device being charged while unattended), we may move the battery to a safer location or disconnect it from the power source.We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
